Directors
Thank you for visiting the Seven Lakes Country Club website. In
addition to being a great country club, Seven Lakes is also an
outstanding residential community. It is an eclectic mix of
retirees, working professionals and young families. It is a
great place to call home.

Seven Lakes Country Club is one
of the few member-owned and member-managed clubs in the
Sandhills. Included in our country club's amenities are a "Golf
Digest" designated Four Star golf course, six
Har-Tru
tennis courts and a comfortable clubhouse offering abundant
social and fine dining opportunities.

The golf
course, which opened for play in 1976, was designed by Peter
Tufts III. It has matured into one of the premier courses in the
region. Mr. Tufts was the great-grandson of the founder of
Pinehurst and the godson of the famous golf course architect,
Donald Ross. Through the years, Mr. Tufts was very active in
the "fine tuning" process of his design. His last visit was in
the Spring of 2005. Discerning golfers will detect the Ross
influence on the layout of Seven Lakes. Our members agree, "We
never grow tired of playing our course."

The tennis
courts are available to all members. They are the site of
the annual Seven Lakes Senior Open, an event that draws
participants from all areas of the country. We also participate
in the Pinehurst Junior Tennis Classic as well as the North
Carolina Super Senior Tournament. There is also plenty of open
court time for members who wish to play a friendly game of
tennis.
