Seven Lakes, North Carolina is one of the fastest growing communities in Moore County. There are three Gated Communities, Seven Lakes North, South and West. As the name implies there are several lakes, with two large enough for boating, sailing and water skiing - Lake Sequoia and Lake Auman.

Area potteries are just a few miles away, as are more retail stores and restaurants in Pinehurst (10 miles) Southern Pines (12 miles), Aberdeen (12 miles) and local county government offices in Carthage (12 miles).
